About Elise

Elise has 15 years of experience in education and strategic consulting. She has worked at the classroom, district, and national levels, including in Chicago Public Schools, Fulton County Schools (Georgia), Atlanta Public Schools, and Teach For America. Elise has a Master's in Education from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's from Penn State. Her strengths include facilitating cross-functional conversation and collaboration; thought-partnering and advising on the development and use of metrics for both continuous improvement and accountability; and communicating data and complex concepts to a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences. Additionally, Elise lives out her core values of anti-racism, equity, compassion, and empathy both professionally and personally.

After spending 10 years living in Chicago and then Atlanta, Elise returned to the Philadelphia area where she grew up. Elise lives in Media, Pennsylvania with her husband and daughter. They enjoy spending time outdoors: relaxing in their backyard, playing in neighborhood parks, and exploring local trails. Elise also actively engages in her community. Whether participating in the local school district or volunteering in get-out-the-vote efforts, she is committed to fostering connections and making a positive impact.
